CompTIA Security+ Boot Camp
Course Summary
CompTIA Security+ validates knowledge of systems security, network infrastructure, access control, assessments and audits, cryptography and organizational security. It is an international, vendor-neutral security certification.
Although not a prerequisite, it is recommended that CompTIA Security+ candidates have at least two years of on-the-job technical networking experience, with an emphasis on security. The CompTIA Network+ certification is also recommended.
Because human error is the number one cause for a network security breach, CompTIA Security+ is recognized by the technology community as a valuable credential that proves competency with information security.
Course Description
- This course is designed specifically to prepare students to pass the CompTIA Security+ Exam.
- CCBOOTCAMP offers its students on-site instructor-led training at any of our locations throughout North America.
- Class length is five consecutive days, and runs Monday through Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition to classroom time, there will be daily homework assignments to be completed at night. These are very full days, so students should arrive at our facility rested and prepared to work.
- CompTIA Security+ class will have a maximum of twelve students.
- Each student receives dedicated instructor mentoring to ensure all concepts are completely understood.
- One test attempt is included (a $168.00 value)!
