CCBOOTCAMP offers the UCCXD Boot Camp which consists of five consecutive days of intense training from our certified instructors. This course is designed to assist students in passing the UCCXD exam and increasing UCCXD knowledge.
This official authorized course is designed specifically to prepare students for the UCCXD Exam. The UCCXD exam is part of the Cisco IP Contact Center Express Specialist and designates the following: Design a Unified Contact Center Express System Deployment; Perform customer capacity planning, Determine customer required features, Evaluate and recommend different configuration options, and Identify available configuration and ordering tools, Implement a Unified Contact Center Express System; Describe the process for installing Unified Contact Center Express software and hardware,
Describe the process to configure Unified Contact Center Express software and provision the users to meet customer requirements, Describe the process of using the Unified Contact Center Express Application Editor, and Describe the process of provisioning Unified Contact Center Express applications, Operate a Unified Contact Center Express System; Identify basic Unified Contact Center Express user tasks, Identify process and tools available for troubleshooting Unified Contact Center Express, Identify process and tools available for monitoring system operations in Unified Contact Center Express, and Identify process and tools available for patching, upgrading systems, and license additions for Unified Contact Center Express.
Complete one of the following recertification options every two years:
Re-take and pass all exams for each Specialist certification indicated on the specific certification page. Please note: this includes all exams whether refreshed or not.
Pass a current CCIE or CCDE written exam.
Achieving or recertifying CCDE or any CCIE automatically extends your active Specialist certification(s) up to the point of expiration of the last certification achieved.
